At Roman Crafted Co., every item we create is made to order and personalized just for you. Because of the unique nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been placed — unless your item arrives damaged or there has been a mistake on our part. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order, but in the rare event your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your package at hello@romancrafted.com

To process your claim, please provide:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item and packaging from multiple angles

• A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement or refund. In some cases, the item may need to be returned to us for inspection before a replacement or refund can be issued.

Please note:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed upon

• Claims submitted after the 5-day window cannot be accepted

Mistakes on Our Part

If an error occurs in the personalization or fulfillment of your order (for example, incorrect engraving, misspelling not provided by you, or a wrong item), we will gladly correct the mistake at no additional cost to you. Documentation (photos and order details) will be required before we proceed with a replacement.

Important Notes

• All sales are final due to the handcrafted and personalized nature of our products. Orders cannot be returned for reasons such as “change of mind” or customer errors (e.g., incorrect spelling or details provided at checkout).

• We cannot be held responsible for damage occurring after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

• Refunds are considered only in rare cases and at our sole discretion, and only after any required return has been received and inspected.
