How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders usually take 2–5 business days to process before shipping. For the latest turnaround time, check the banner at the top of our website. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order by checking the shipping confirmation email we sent, which includes your tracking information. You can also log in to your account on our website to view your order details and status.
What file types can I upload for custom designs?
We accept PNG, JPG, SVG, and PDF files. For best results, please upload high-resolution artwork.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! We offer local pickup in Hockley, TX. Use promo code RCCLOCAL at checkout to remove shipping costs. We’ll email you pickup details once your order is ready. For questions, contact us at hello@romancrafted.com
Can I personalize my order?
Absolutely! Most of our products can be personalized with names, messages, fonts, colors, or even your own design or logo. We’ve made the personalization process easy—just check the options on each product page to see what’s available.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days at hello@romancrafted.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Our team will review your claim and follow up with next steps.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express—choose the option that works best for you at checkout.
Can I make changes after placing an order?
Once an order is received, production begins right away, so changes aren’t guaranteed. If you need to request a modification, please email us as soon as possible at hello@romancrafted.com, and we’ll do our best to help.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We accept bulk and corporate orders. For large orders, feel free to reach out to hello@romancrafted.com to discuss your needs and see if a discount can be applied.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because all items are made to order and personalized, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Exceptions are made if an item arrives damaged or there’s a mistake on our part. For full details, please visit our Refund & Return Policy page.
